Namcot (ナムコット Namukotto) was a brand label used by Namco for Japanese home video game releases. The label was established in 1984, following the release of Galaxian and Pac-Man for Nintendo's Family Computer (Famicom) system. The brand name would be discontinued in or around April of 1995, with future Namco home releases using the proper company name.
