Pac Preview Party was an hour-long preview special hosted by Dick Clark on September 19, 1982. It aired on ABC to promote the then-upcoming Pac-Man television series, as well as other Saturday-morning cartoons on the network.

Near the end of the broadcast, clips from the episodes "Presidential Pac-Nappers" and "Picnic in Pacland" were shown, and Marty Ingels, who voiced Pac-Man in the show, demonstrated his voice acting technique for the character.

Trivia

• In the "Presidential Pac-Nappers" preview, Mezmaron's voice is not lowered in pitch, unlike in the finished episode.^[1]

Errors

• During the showcase of the Pac-Man cartoon, Clyde's voice is used in a scene from the episode "Picnic in Pacland" where Inky is speaking.
