Grump is a recurring character in the Pac-Man animated series. He is Pac-Man's boss at the Power Pellet Forest, and as his name applies, he is short-tempered often when Pac-Man is distracted from his job.

History

His first appearance is in "Presidential Pac-Nappers", where he and Pac-Man come across Clyde's televised message about the abduction of the Pac-President. When their television set powers off, Grump reminds Pac-Man that the Power Forest is the sole source of Pacland's energy. Pac-Man assures him that he will take care of everything.

In various episodes, Pac-Man is often distracted by another activity (I.E. juggling Power Pellets, catching a Pac-Mouse) until Grump enters the room, yelling at his employee to get back on the job.

Trivia

• While in most episodes Grump is seen with red skin and a thin mustache, this is not the case in the episode "Super Ghosts", where he is seen with blue skin, and a thick black mustache.
