Hugo is a character who is mentioned in the book, The Adventures of Super Pac-Man. He is the lab assistant of Bad Weatherman.

Role in the story

After hearing about Bad Weatherman and the Ghosts' plan to ruin the Sunflower Day Parade, Hugo delivers a telegram of their plan to Super Pac-Man. After receiving this information, Super Pac-Man tells the city to postpone the parade for the next hour, and creates a giant super fan with the spare time to blow Bad Weatherman's rain clouds to the Ghosts' hideout.
